Enhanced Security Measures

The new generation of SmartBanking complies with the security regulations set by the State Bank of Vietnam, offering secure login, secure transactions, and especially Smart OTP - a highly secure transaction authentication method. Customers can protect their accounts through features such as Device Authentication/Forgot Password via eKYC. Additionally, the Cross Login technology sends a notification to the mobile application for customer confirmation before allowing successful login.

Fee Policy

Starting from 01/01/2022, BIDV waives all transaction fees for transfers within and outside the system, service maintenance fees, default account management fees, OTT message fees, issuance fees, and lifelong annual fees for physical cards issued on SmartBanking.
